By participating in the KnitSilk.US wholesale program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Eligibility

Wholesale accounts are available to registered businesses, retailers, and resellers only. Proof of business registration may be required.

Minimum Order Requirements

Minimum first order: $500
Minimum reorder: $250

Pricing

Wholesale pricing is available exclusively to approved wholesale accounts. Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are in USD.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of order unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Accepted payment methods: Credit card, bank transfer, and net terms (for qualified accounts).

Shipping

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

Returns & Exchanges

Wholesale orders are final sale. Returns or exchanges are only accepted for defective or damaged items. Claims must be made within 7 days of receipt.

Resale

Wholesale products may be resold through your retail channels. Unauthorized online marketplace reselling (e.g., Amazon, eBay) is prohibited without prior written consent.
